Time Flies When You Are Having Fun!

It's hard to believe that Foster is now ONE! Time really does fly! It seems like only yesterday we were bringing our little bundle home from the hospital and now we are chasing after his every step!

We celebrated Foster's Birthday a week early on August 28th with a splash party! It was so much fun. Luckily for us it was an overcast day and the weather wasn't too hot. It was a great day spent with family and friends!

Happy Happy Birthday Foster! We love you so much! You have truly blessed us and for you we are eternally grateful!

3 months old!

I can't believe our little fellow is already 3 months old! I had a friend once tell me that all I seemed to do was wish my life away waiting for the next day, weekend, or event. Now, I want nothing more than to slow down each and everyday to get as much time with this little one as possible! Who knew you could love someone so much?

This month Foster has learned to put things in his mouth. He is cooing and "talking" like crazy, he has started sleeping better. We only really wake up once a night now and start our day at 5:30, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

We are looking forward to his first Christmas. He has brought so much joy to our lives! We have already been given the greatest gift!

Thankful!

As Thanksgiving approaches this year I thought I would take a minute to reflect on just how many things I have to be thankful for. There are many too mnay to count. I know I am blessed beyond measure but I will name a few.

I am thankful for my son. For his health, for the joy he brings Chris and I and his Grandparents. He is the true definition of the word love.

I am thankful for my husband. He loves me even in my craziest of moments, he provides for Foster and I, He is a man of God and for that I am thankful.

I am thankful for Daisy. She is and will always be my first child. She loves me like no other. There is nothing like her tail wagging at me when I come home from a bad day or am at my witts end. Although she has taken a back seat to our new child she will always be our little girl.

I am thankful for my Dad. There are too many reasons to list. I just hope he knows how lucky our family is to have him.

I am thankful for my Mom. We havent always seen eye to eye or been close but I am thankful to have her in my life.

I am thankful for Ms. Debbie. She loves me like her own.

I am thankful for all of my siblings. Although we don't see each other often enough the time we have together is always full of fun and laughter for that we are blessed.

I am thankful for friends I have had since childhood.

I am thankful for Tuesday Night Friends. Thank you for your friendship and the fellowship!

I am thankful for my job. It allows me to spend my day with children! It doesn't get any better!

I am thankful for the wonderful friends that my job has brough into my life.

I am thankful for my health. It is something I take forgranted everday.

I am thankful I am foregiven. I am so blessed I have a Lord who sees past all of my imperfections and loves me anyway. Thank you Lord for all of my blessings! You have given me more than I deserve!

Football Fans

Saturday Foster and Chris were all decked out in their Auburn Gear and ready for the game. Unfortuntely the outcome wasn't what we wished for at the Harper House but we had a good time watching the game together! War Eagle Anyway!

Growing, Growing, Growing

This week Foster was very busy! On Tuesday we took a trip to Montgomery to see his Great Grandmothers. He was a great little traveler! His Grandmothers really enjoyed their time with him. Wednesday he had his two month check up. He now weighs 12 pounds and is 23 inches long! I can hardly believe that it has been two months since he was born! My how time is flying!! Thursday Foster spent the afternoon with his Harpie and Gamma so that I could run some errands and meet some friends for shopping and on Friday he had his pictures made with Victorian Santa and went to the fair with his cousins Madison and Jackson! Saturday we just took it easy! A very busy week for such a little fellow!

Happy Halloween!

Yesterday Chris and I headed to Auburn with some friends for the game. It was a dreary day but our tigers were able to pull out the win! War Eagle!

Foster spent the morning with his Honey and the afternoon with his Gamma. I don't think he missed us one bit!

We didn't dress Foster up this year but he did have some cute P.J.s.
